The first stop on our tour in Chiang Mai was at an orchid farm. The flowers were beautiful and it was really interesting to see how they grow. Their roots pull all of the moisture they need right out of the air (demonstrating just how humid Thailand really is).

Thanks guys, Yeah, I did take that picture. With my tiny little budget Canon too, surprisingly. Guess I lucked out.
I just really wanted a to capture the little hooded creature that you can find in all of these flowers (or at least I think he looks a little bit like someone wearing a giant parka, but maybe that's just me). :P
